Returns and Returned Deliveries

    If a parcel is sent back to me due to an incorrect delivery address, repeated absence at the delivery address or rejection of the parcel, I will contact you to let you know. In that case, you can ask for a refund (excluding customized items, and excluding the delivery costs), or to deliver the parcel again paying the delivery costs.

    If you do not like any of the products, you can return it in the following 14 working days and the money will be refunded (excluding hygiene products, customised items and delivery costs). Please, do contact us to obtain a return. You should then send the unused product back (you should pay for the delivery). Once we receive the product/s, and if everything is in order, we will proceed to reimburse the corresponding account within the following 7 working days. We can credit your account for future purchases should you wish to do so.

    This is only valid for orders in Spain and Portugal.
